During my teaching days, I was no stranger to burnout - and I watched many of my teacher friends struggle in the same way.
We were so committed to the task of teaching the next generation that we forgot about the most important lesson of all: how to protect our own health and wellbeing.
So when I left teaching, I decided I needed to create a space for burned-out teachers to fill their cups with joy.
